Hello and thank you for taking a moment to find out a little bit more about me! As you already know, my name is Liz DelCasale but did you know my last name is actually pronounced like "Del Castle". Don't worry - most people don't know it either!
What you might not know already is that I'm a a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and a recent breast cancer survivor. I enjoy playing with my children, kayaking, swimming and relaxing in the sun on a beautiful spring day (between appointments)!
Every day I work tirelessly to help my homeowners prepare their homes for sale and to market them aggressively. I also enjoy working with buyers to help to find the perfect home for them within a price point they are comfortable with.
With my extensive experience in real estate and my even larger network of service providers, I am able to ensure that all my clients have the smoothest transaction possible...from list to close or purhcase offer to close. Even buyers of my listings (who I didn't represent) have told me how invaluable my efforts have been in bringing a transaction to a successful close.
My clients aren't just 'another transaction' or 'another tick' on my goal sheet to get to a higher level that only really matters to realtors. I truly enjoy my job and enjoy working with my clients to help them meet their real estate dreams.
